Tincture + how to make

TINCTURES: A wide mouthed glass jar or bottle is filled loosely with your chosen chopped herb material and is then filled to the top with alcohol (pure or Witblitz as long as it is more than 43% proof).  The bottle is placed in a cool, dark spot, preferably use a dark brown bottle, and shaken every day for two to three weeks then the alcohol or tincture is strained off.  To make a stronger infusion replace the herb material with more of the same and repeat the process.
